Buenos Aires–born artist Andrés Wertheim studied photography with Horacio Coppola, and video production at the International Film Workshops in Maine. His photographs have been published in National Geographic, Newsweek, and the Independent, among others, and have been exhibited internationally at galleries and museums including Blue Sky Gallery, Portland, Oregon; Rosizo State Museum, Moscow, Russia; Maison de l’Argentine, Paris, France; and the Castagnino Fine Arts Museum, Santa Fe, Argentina. Wertheim’s work is in private and public collections in Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Russia, the United States, and Canada. His book The Museum’s Ghosts will be published by Blue Sky Books, Portland in March 2018.
