From 1979 to 2017, Russian photographer Nikolai Kulebyakin took part in twenty-three group exhibitions and had nineteen solo exhibitions, the last of which was Development of Unconditional (Open Gallery, Bratislava, Slovakia, 2017). Kulebyakin has published six books of photography, most recently Reality and Fantasy (Moscow, Russia: Art-Volkhonka Publishing, 2017). His work is in the collections of the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington D.C.; the New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fe; FotoForum 38 Gallery, Zurich, Switzerland; the Harry Ransom Center, University of Texas, Austin; and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
